Sunday reset 1/11
Did well:
- Positive movement on work front
- Started Danish duolingo
- Started financial planning
Needs improvement:
- Workout consistency
- Eating enough
- Waking up earlier
- Not enough drinking/social
- Apartment organization
Fitness:
- Went for 2 of 3 runs (including intervals)
- Missed a few workouts
Goals for the coming week:
- Start tracking food
- Reading
Ongoing:
- Income (business)
- Have something to put on the resume by the end of the summer
Notes: The general gist of the week was that with both of us working and stuff, working out and staying organized became a bit of a second priority. The main thing to focus on for the next week is getting to sleep earlier so that we can wake up earlier and then get to the gym before work. Organization is also something that needs improvement. Hopefully those chairs sell which would free up some space and today we're gonna organize the book shelf so that we can put the tv on the mantle which will also free up some space. Not enough movement in the building front, need to make serious progress in the next week on creating something tangible so by the end of the summer so we feel as if we have accomplished something.
