Fitness: Missed one workout (upper) Run consistency: I -> missed intervals and 5k parkrun, did 17k long run on Sunday F -> only did 3k on Sunday

- consistently getting up early enough to have time to be organized every morning (7ish)

Checking in for the second sunday reset. It's Wednesday morning so it's cheating a bit but we're here and that's what counts. Need to make sure we get the next one on time. Last week was definitely not our finest work, there were no disasters but we kind of stalled a bit on our goals and making shit happen. The easy excuses to make are that work got in the way and we were too tired to wake up early and then get a good start to the day but I think we're better than that. Focusing on getting more sleep, less screens, and better organization.
We also just agreed to a full screen detox until at least sunday (no music/pudcasts/instagram/reddit/youtube). I think it's time. Being realistic that is the main thing that has been holding us back. I also just got the dresser which should help with the organization.
