Notes: Pretty good week this week. We had a slow start on Monday and Tuesday but once we started the scroll detox it's been a lot better. The place has been more organized, we're been getting to bed a bit earlier, and getting every workout/run in.

I (F) did something to my back yesterday and I won't be able to go to the gym but hopefully I'll be good in the next few days. It's been an injury That I've had since I pulled something while squatting in high school and it really hurts but it usually goes away pretty quick so I'm hoping it doesn't get in the way of training for too long.

The no scroll thing has been good though. The main thing I like about it is just that you feel like you have so much more time in the day. It definitely still feels like I just started and I still feel like I want to go on my phone when I'm not doing anything but I want to get to the point where it doesn't feel weird that I'm not going on my phone. I want reading, chess, and getting back into drawing to be the things that replace it.
