Did well:
- Generally apartment organization has been pretty good
- No scroll was pretty good with some exceptions
Needs improvement:
- Gym/workout consistency
- Waking up
- AI coding course/projects
Fitness:
- F: 1/3 workouts and 2/3 runs
- I: 2/3 workouts and 1/3 runs
Goals:
- Have a personal project that we have started related to the AI coding course by the end of the week
- Don't miss any workouts or runs
- Have a few more social things
Ongoing:
Notes: Bit of a rough one, could have been worse but we didn't really get done what we wanted to. It's easy to make excuses why we didn't do stuff but with the fitness stuff there was a few injuries and a breakup that kind of got in the way. The positives hae been the reduced scroll and apartment organization which we've still been pretty on top of. Having a clean space does really help feel more organized generallly so it's still something to make sure it doesn't go back to how it was.
